While staying with us at Red Chilli Hideaway Kampala, why not also join a Murchison Bay sunset cruise on Lake Victoria? It’s the most peaceful and scenic way to take in the whole of Uganda’s capital city! This includes a 2 hour cruise, transport, 2 drinks per person & snacks on board.

Join the White Nile Walking Safari guides for a 2 hour cruise enjoying the sunset, birdlife and tranquillity of Murchison Bay. This 2 hour trip on their 35 foot cruise boat provides an opportunity to view Kampala from the lake and also explore the vast papyrus banks, where you have above average chances of sighting the elusive and sought after Papyrys Gonolek. Drinks and snacks are provided onboard. Maximum capacity 14 passengers. Larger groups (up to 40 passengers) can be accommodated with prior arrangement.

16:30 Departure to the launch site from Red Chilli reception
Meet at the Red Chilli reception for transfer to the boat launch point (2km). Don’t forget to bring binoculars and raincoat if you have them!
